Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:

    • A full refund will be processed for canceled orders.
  • After Shipping:
    Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to the Return & Refund section below).

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and process refunds in the following scenarios:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to share pictures of the product and packaging for verification.

  2. Eligibility for Return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used products.
    • Customized or special-order items.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Laam Herbals if the product is defective or damaged. For other returns, shipping costs may apply.
